Please note that you will need to hold a Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting, or have at least three years of experience in private practice dental, to be considered for this role. The position may involve working between clinics. All staff are employed casually initially, but this position is likely to be full-time hours, with permanency offered following probation.

Qualifications & experience
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting, or
- At least three years experience as a private practice Dental Assistant
- Experience working on reception, including handling bookings, phone calls, and payment processing, always with a smile on your face!
Tasks & responsibilities
- Clinical treatment assistance
- Treatment room preparation
- Building trust and rapport with patients
- Sterilisation procedures
- Creating a great first impression, on the phone and in person
- Assisting patients in booking their appointments
- Processing payments for services, including Tyro and/or Hicaps
