AddressDental Assistants/ Dental Receptionists
We are currently seeking a HYBRID Dental Assistant and Dental Receptionist that is comfortable doing both roles in the JOONDALUP + ELLENBROOK AREAS

The roles:
- Dental receptionists: A front desk coordinator is a highly skilled communicator, who works directly with patients to process accounts, book appointments and provide information on dental care. You help keep the practice running smoothly and provide patients the greatest care
- Dental treatment coordinators (Experienced): A point of contact for patients needing additional treatment. You'll help identify patients who need assistance and work alongside the dentists to present and finalize a plan. Knowledge of dental procedures is critical
- Dental assistants: Highly skilled in all areas of general dentistry your role is to work alongside and assist the Dentist, processing instruments and maintaining the highest levels of infection control. A warm, friendly and knowledgeable approach is needed to maintain the best service for our patients.
The ideal candidates for all roles will be a mature, confident, bubbly person who is looking for a career, not just a job
Candidates should possess the following:
- Be an accomplished communicator and able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Very well presented with a professional demeanour
- A positive and professional attitude
- Good attention to detail
- Certificate III in dental assisting or higher (highly regarded, although not necessary)
- Highly motivated and demonstrate a high level of initiative
- Well organised and enthusiastic
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills (including professional phone manner)
- Ability to multitask and eagerness to learn quickly
- Strong degree of empathy towards patients and staff
- A team player with a pleasant and friendly personality
