The position is a casual role with a minimum of 3 days; Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays from 8:15am - 5:40pm. We are close to public transport, have off street parking available and are just across the street from Westfields!

The Heart of the Role:

• Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to our patients
• Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
• Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists
• Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
• Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures
• Patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management

What you'll bring:

• Experience working at a local Australian Dental practice highly regarded but not essential
• Passionate about customer service / patient care
• Organised with attention to detail
• A proven track record of punctuality and reliability
• Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
