Our client is a publicly listed organisation and a very well-known, award winning brand in the hospitality and entertainment space.The Business Application Administrator is expected to have good skills in Coupa (Spend Management Platform).This role will provide support and assist with implementation and maintenance of Coupa.In this role you will get involved with:
- Master data management
- Provisioning of new users, business riles management etc
- Application configuration (new users and group, settings, reporting
- Assistance with integration to other systems
- Assisting with testing and deployments of upgrades/new versions
- General troubleshooting activities
- Technical support
- Enhancement and training
Your ideal background:
- Experience in Coupa administration and support would be preferred - otherwise similar procurement or spend management or business applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Spend Management/Procurement and HR types of systems
- Project and BAU experience
- Strong Customer focus
