Dental Assistant

Braddon Endo is a brand-new state of the art Endodontic specialist practice, looking to find the next member of our team! We are a fun & dynamic team who thrive on offering excellent patient care. By using all the latest endodontic equipment and instruments, we ensure our patients get the most effective treatment and service.

About the Role

As part of the team, you will ensure that all patients receive the best form of care from the telephone conversation you have securing their appointment, through to their arrival for their first appointment and leaving after their treatment is complete.

Primary duties include:

• Clinical chair side assistance
• Set up and set down of surgeries
• Ordering and stock control
• Sterilisation processing and infection control protocols

You may occasionally be required to relieve the reception staff with:

• Welcoming patients
• Answering telephone and email enquiries
• Referral processing and appointment scheduling

About You 

• Dental experience with Certificate III or IV in dental assisting highly regarded (but training can be provided)
• Must be a reliable team player
• Exceptional ability to build rapport with patients
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Quick thinker and able work under pressure
