Permanent Part time 2-3 days per week or full time 5 days per week
Mon-Friday 8.00am-5.00 pm
We have a position for a mature, caring person to join our long-established practice in Springwood
Experience is an advantage but we are willing to train the right applicant
Daily tasks and responsibilities include:
· Chair side dental assisting
· Instrument sterilization, infection control and hygiene duties
· Handling phone enquiries, making appointments and follow up calls
. Manage the appointment book and confirm appointments
. Process electronic payments using Hicaps and D4W practice management software
. Knowledge in Microsoft office
The successful applicant must have:
. Warm and friendly attitude
. Self-motivated, enjoy multiple tasks and love to interact with people
. Possess excellent communication and phone Skills
. Strong Work Ethics and attention to details
. Neat and tidy appearance
. Experience in a busy office environment
. Proficiency in English
. Australian Permanent resident or citizen only
