Hays Procurement is currently recruiting for a Procurement Officer for a Regional Council for a short-term assignment.
Your new role
In your new role, you will be responsible for a variety of procurement activities. You will maintain and support the team in ensuring compliance is met, assist in ongoing administration of tenders and uploading on tendering portals. You will also speak to key stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have excellent government administration experience, be able to use tendering portals, have knowledge of local government regulations. You will have excellent communication skills and effective time management.What you'll get in return
This is an exciting entry level procurement opportunity, this role is offering $50 an hour + super. This is a short-term contract with the potential for extension.What you need to do now
