This is your first step into a career in the Dental Industry. This traineeship opportunity will help you to build and develop skills and knowledge as a Dental Assistant. The successful candidate will be required to enrol and complete a certificate III in Dental Assisting during the traineeship.
Some of the duties and responsibilities for this position include:
- Preparing patients & facilities for dental treatment
- Chair-side assistance
- Instrument handling and sterilisation
- Infection control and general cleanliness of the surgery
- Reception duties, including scheduling appointments
- Meeting and greeting clients into the clinic
- Maintaining stock

- Dental or healthcare experience is a plus but not essential as training will be provided
