We are looking for a Full TimeDental Assistant/Receptionist who is passionate, dedicated and customer centric. We are a solid, stable team looking for an experienced dental assistant who’s happy to assist in reception when required as we prepare for a significant growth in customer volumes.
4-day Compressed week

The Heart of the Role:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to our patients
- Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
- Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists
- Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
- Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures
- Patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management
What you'll bring:
- Ability to keep calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in Dental Assisting or Cert III in Dental Assisting preferred but not essential
- Previous administration or reception experience is desired
- Passionate about customer service and patient care
- Efficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Organised with attention to detail
- A proven track record of punctuality and reliability
- Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
- ‘Can do’ attitude
