We are looking for someone to help lead our lovely team of 15 dentists and 35 support staff. Our dental group is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and have a reputation as family orientated Dental Practices who serve the local community
We have experienced significant growth and we are looking for a new team member to join our management team in caring for the various responsibilities that not only keep a Dental Practice running, and ensure we are striving to improve.

The position will begin with casual employment (35-38 hours a week), with a guaranteed transition to Full time employment if you are successful with a 6-month probationary period (a choice of 4 or 5 days a week, to complete 35–38 hrs). Flexible working hours can be discussed following probation and training period.
Prior experience in the dental industry and in a management role would be beneficial, however is not a strict requirement.
The position will be remunerated based on experience. As a guide, experienced candidates will be remunerated $35/hr initially as a casual employee the first 6 months during the probationary period. If successful after the probationary period, the candidate will move onto $35/hr as a full-time employee.
The role is perfect for a candidate who believes they have the people skills to work seamlessly with a team, and have the motivation to work efficiently and independently.

- Compliance, such as accreditation and OH&S
- Practice Improvements
- Administration Policies and Procedures
- Rostering
- Equipment Management
- Appointment book management
- Account Management
- Marketing
- Training
