We are seeking an experienced and driven Practice Manager to join our family-owned and operated 9-chair Dental Practice. We are excited to externally advertise for this position for the first time in over 20 years!
At Kawana Dental, we pride ourselves on exceptional and compassionate dental care, with a team commitment to patient satisfaction. This has been one of our core values since our beginning in 1987, when Dr. Michael Maltby, an eager, caring, and eccentric young father, started Kawana Dental as a two-chair practice with the goal of genuinely looking after the people of the Sunshine Coast.
Years on, as the Coast has grown, so has Kawana Dental, now with 9 chairs, a team of 10 dentists, 4 therapists, and over 25 auxiliary staff. We remain a family-owned practice, with Michael’s son, Dr. Mark Maltby, his daughter Georgia Maltby, and his long-time associate and friend Dr. Tamara Warren continuing Michael’s legacy, along with his original values and ethos that is Kawana Dental.
We are proud to be equipped with modern tools and technology including several 3D scanners, CBCT imaging and in-house CEREC milling. We have an abundance of regular patients, some of whom have been seeing us for decades, and are located a few hundred meters from Buddina Beach (in case you fancy a lunch break beach dip).
