We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Practice Manager to lead a dynamic team at our Pirie Street location
About the role
Reporting to the Group Manger Dental, we are looking for a Brilliant administrator with exceptional Leadership skills to provide our members and customers with an exceptional service experience.
Working in a fast paced and vibrant environment, the Practice Manager is part of our leadership team and are responsible for the day to day operations of the practice.
They support and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results and success, they create positive team cultures, where team members’ work together to ensure the ultimate patient experience and quality care is delivered each and every time.
A self-motivated professional with a can-do approach is essential for this role!
About you
The successful candidate will be an experienced manager who is looking for that next step in their career and thrive in an environment where they are able to have a direct impact over the business’s profitability and success.
They will have solid management experience with a strong focus on team cohesion and the ability to build relationships and positively influence professionals and practitioners.
Accompanied by excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong time management and organisation skills and a proactive and empathetic approach to interactions with others.
Qualifications in business and/or practice management would be highly regarded.
