This role is a unique blend of managing our esteemed mobile dental services and spearheading the growth into a physical practice to enhance our service capacity. The Role:
This dynamic position involves leading our mobile dental service teams to provide check-ups and screenings at childcare centres and schools, effectively planning and utilising our state-of-the-art mobile dental clinic truck. Additionally, you’ll play a crucial role in the expansion into a physical practice. This is not just an expansion of services but a strategic move to broaden our ability to serve our patients comprehensively. Your leadership will ensure we continue to offer exceptional care across all fronts, fostering growth that benefits our patients and the communities where we operate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically manage and optimise the deployment of our mobile dental clinic to provide top-tier dental services to schools and childcare centres.
- Lead the initiative to grow into a physical practice, expanding our capacity to serve a broader patient base and enhancing our community impact.
- Build upon the solid foundation left by our departing highly diligent Practice Manager, with efficient systems and processes already in place.
- Champion our core tenets of innovation, excellence, honesty, and ethics, making significant impacts in paediatric dental care and community well-being.
