About Us:
Perfect Smile is dedicated to delivering superior dental care in a welcoming and inclusive environment. As part of our team, you'll join four other receptionists who share our passion for excellence in patient service.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and coordinate treatments for our dentists and hygienists/therapists
- Process patient invoices, receipts, and treatment quotes
- Liaise with specialist rooms to ensure seamless patient care
- Provide exceptional patient care and support
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist
- Exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills
- Effective and courteous communication skills
- Current working with children clearance
- Written confirmation of immunization as per NHMRC's The Australian Immunization Handbook
- Experience with D4W software (advantageous)
- Dental Assisting experience (advantageous)
