About the role
We currently have multiple opportunities for both a full time and part-time Receptionists based in our fast-paced, dynamic Adelaide practice. Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will be responsible for face to face patient interactions and delivering a professional, efficient and personalised service from patient arrival through to processing accounts, scheduling appointments and responding to general patient enquiries.
About you
Professionally presented with exceptional service and strong time management skills, you will be reliable, punctual and self-motivated with a great work ethic. You will also contribute to a cohesive team environment and perform well in a fast-paced practice.
Previous experience in a dental or medical administrative position is essential and extensive experience processing accounts and booking appointments in a busy practice is required.
Current knowledge of Medicare and DVA would also be advantageous.

You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident at the time of submitting your application, be able to provide two recent referees and hold a current WWCC and satisfactory National Police Clearance (within 12 months) or be willing to obtain prior to commencement.
