The right candidates will have a strong customer service focus, be eager to learn and grow within the business, and have a high value for teamwork. Experience is preferred, however, not essential for the right candidate. Training will be provided.

Qualifications:
• Dental Experience: Previous experience in a dental setting is preferred, but not essential, at Aim with use a dental software called D4W. Customer service or administration is preferred.
• Team Player: We're seeking individuals who thrive in a team-oriented environment and are passionate about contributing to the success of the practice.
• Care and Compassion: Demonstrate a genuine commitment to providing compassionate care to our patients, making them feel comfortable and valued from the moment they walk in.
