About the role:
- Reception & admin duties
- Managing the appointment book / recall system
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Chairside assisting cover (if required)
- Maintaining strict sterilisation/infection control
What we look for:
- Dental Experience & Reliability Essential!
- Positive attitude & attention to detail
- A high level of initiative and motivation
- Confident communication skills
- Ability to work with a team and autonomously
- Knowledge of dental terminology
- Knowledge of D4W preferred but not essential
- Eager to learn and the ability to take direction
- Possess a friendly demeaner with a can do attitude
