AddressSouth Calley Dental Centre is a locally owned and operated by general dental practice. We are looking for a positive and caring person to join our friendly team, 2 days a week. Dental or medical experience is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting patients and schedule appointments
- Handle phone calls, emails and inquiries professionally
- Maintain patient records and ensure all necessary paperwork in correct order
- Provide quality of patient care and customer service
- Treatment coordination between lab and specialist
- Process payments, insurance claims and manage billing inquiries with attention to details
- Maintain a clean and organised clinic
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments
