We are seeking a dedicated individual with exceptional customer service skills to manage front desk operations efficiently.

- 2 to 3 DAYS A WEEK
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner
Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar effectively
Handle patient inquiries, phone calls, and emails promptly and accurately
Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow
Handle financial transactions, including billing and insurance processing and also chairside dental assisting if needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum one year experience in dental assisting or reception .
- We are happy to train the right person with no experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in dental software (preferred but not required)
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office is an asset
