About the Business:
Herman Dental at Advanced Dental Clinic is located in the renovated Fire Station at Paddington where they perform a vast array of Cosmetic Dentistry, General Dentistry and Gum Therapy procedures.

Dr Mirela Herman has been practicing dentistry since 1983. She has a special interest in Cosmetic and Porcelain dentistry and takes advantage of the latest dental technology including 3D cone beam X-rays and Cerec equipment etc.

About the Role:

This is a genuine HANDS-ON, ALL-ROUNDER role where you will be the first point of call providing general dental details to clients – maintaining all records – patient follow up – chair-side assistance – ensuring the required hygiene and sterilisation standards are maintained. Clean , sterilise , disinfect

Your ability to learn tasks quickly, communicate effectively with clients, flexibility, reliability and common sense will be the key to your success and Casual or full time position available.

Your skills and experience:

•  experience as a Receptionist/ Dental Assistant is required, traininng will be provided but a Receptionist with Health Industry experience will also be considered
• Customer service skills, ethical standards and sense of loyalty.
• Good level of personal presentation.
• Attention to detail, love for precision work
• A friendly  attitude towards patients and working in a team.
• Basic computer skills including the use of
• Experience with Dental4Windows software .
• Be self-motivated and have the ability to use common sense and initiative.
• Ability to adapt to new technology and learn new tasks quickly.
• Provide instrument sterilazation and infection control
