Dental Receptionist / Assistant

Aperture Dental Practice is looking for a Dental Receptionist / Assistant to join us in Sunnybank Hills, to start immediately. This is a casual (but regular) role for 3 weekdays (happy to discuss), with scope for permanent/full-time conversion.

Job tasks and responsibilities:

Receptionist duties include 

• Appointment book management
• Phone communication
• Taking payments
• Liaising with lab / suppliers.

Dental assisting duties include

• Chair-side assisting
• Instrument reprocessing
• Stock management
• Cross infection control

There is also scope for treatment coordination, depending on experience.

Skills and experience:

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a strong ability to build customer relationships and resolve customer issues
• Has good communication skills
• Is friendly, helpful and works well in a team
• Pays attention to details
• Has some experience in Dental Assisting
