Dental Receptionist

Hobart Periodontics is looking for a motivated, well organised and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

· Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression

· Scheduling and amending appointments

· Answering the phone

· Updating patient records

· Handling administrative tasks

· Supporting our clinical team in ensuring the smooth operation of the practice

· Working as part of a growing dental team in a positive environment

About you:

· At least two years experience as a Dental Receptionist or assistant is preferred, but not essential. Training will be provided for the right candidate!

· Have a positive attitude and be motivated

· Excellent organisational and communication skills

· Work well in a team environment and show initiative

· Be well presented

Excellent remuneration on offer for the successful candidate.

The position being offered is full time however hours can be negotiated.
