Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Receptionist / Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team. This full-time position involves a combination of chairside assistance and front desk responsibilities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice and delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during procedures, ensuring a comfortable and efficient patient experience.
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
- Manage patient appointments, handle reception duties, and maintain accurate patient records.
- Greet patients warmly, handle inquiries, and provide information on dental procedures and services.
- Process payments and assist with billing inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting (highly desirable).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with dental software (Oasis).
