About the Role:
As a Senior Receptionist, you will be overseeing daily receptionist duties across the practice. This pivotal role requires initiative, sound judgement, and effective coordination of administrative teams. With the goal of upskilling and being promoted into an Assistant Manager or Manager role, this position offers an exciting avenue for career advancement within a professional and positive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception duties & oversight of daily operations
- Cultivate a collaborative and team-focused culture
- Lead the support team and empower clinical teams
- Financial Management: pricing, billing, procurement, monthly reporting, KPIs, etc.
- Manage and oversee team training and development
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 6 months experience as a receptionist or senior receptionist in a dental practice
- Demonstrated ability to develop, manage, and support the growth of a dental practice
- Track record of successfully leading diverse teams and fostering effective working relationships
