At Soothing Care Dental Dental we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated candidate to join our friendly team. We are currently seeking an exceptional receptionist who has the potential to transition into the role of Practice Manager within next 5 month.
The successful candidate must meet the following:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in the dental industry
- A passion to work and grow in the dental industry
- Great customer service skills and a friendly personality
- Attention to detail
- Excellent people management and leadership skills
- The ability to prioritise, multitask, and problem solve
- An understanding of compliance, legislative and employment industry requirements
- Ability to multi-task in a busy environment and work autonomously
- Experience with Dental4Windows is preferred
- Dental Assisting experience
- A positive "can-do" attitude, and the willingness to learn is an absolute MUST!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day to day operations of the practice
- Oversee front desk and administration for support and development
- Financial administration duties including, invoicing and accounts, petty cash, debtors etc.
- Staff training and development
- Coordination of dental equipment and building maintenance
- Stock management & supplier relationship management
- Developing ways to grow and increase brand awareness for the business
