Dental Receptionist Front Office Coordinator

After 10 years in Bulimba's Oxford St , we have recently built and moved to new premises . 

Due to this new growth we have a wonderful opportunity for an experienced and reliable Receptionist with a great attitude to complement our existing team.

ABOUT US :

• We are a new modern light filled practice in vibrant Bulimba overlooking Memorial Park just off Oxford St 
   

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Greeting patients when they arrive make them feel welcome and valued
• Answering incoming calls and taking down vital information
• Scheduling appointments
• Processing patient's accounts
• Provide and maintain a caring, trusted environment for all our patients
• Supporting our Dentists and Dental Assistants to ensure their day runs smoothly as a team
• Maintain great relationships 
• Some chair-side assisting from time to time 
• Sterilising

• Attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
• Initiative to get things done without being asked
• A proactive work ethic
• Compassionate, self-motivated, enthusiastic individual who can easily integrate into our team.

• The successful candidate will be offered fulltime hours or permanent part time with no weekend work  4 or 5 days a week. Hours can be negotiated 
• Hourly rate negotiable depending on experience and certification
