Dental Receptionist - Permanent Part Time - Cockburn

Whether it's the annual family trip for a scale and polish or a complex surgical procedure that our patients visit us for, we provide comprehensive treatment plans and adhere to a high standard of service for all of our patients.
The role:
We are seeking an experienced permanent Part TimeDental Receptionist for our Cockburn Clinic. Immediate start.
Roster
Week 1:
Wednesday: 7:45am - 5:30pm
Thursday: 7:45am - 5:30pm
Friday: 7:30am - 5:30pm
Saturday: 7.45am - 4.15pm
Week 2:
Wednesday: 7:45am - 5:30pm
Thursday: 7:45am - 5:30pm
Friday: 7:30am - 5:30pm
What you will be doing:
Your role will support the smooth running of the St John Dental clinic, efficiently following procedures and providing a high-quality service to our patients, doctors and clients. Your duties will include:
- All aspects of Dental Reception
- Acting as a first point of contact for Dental patients
- Maintaining patient records, including bookings and billings
- Child Dental Benefits
- HICAPS
- Effectively manage the recall process
You will have:
- Prior experience as a Dental Receptionist
- Experience using Dental 4 Windows or similar
- Cert III Dental Assisting preferred or interest in working towards
- Ability to answer busy phone lines and multi-task
- Incredible customer service skills
- Professional personal presentation
- Current Police Clearance
