Clarity Dental is a beautiful dental practice providing a wide range of services including clear aligners. We are located in the heart of Bendigo, less than a 90-minute drive from Greater Melbourne.

- Mentoring and discussion with the principal dentist regarding diagnosis, treatment planning and management for each patient you see in your first month of practice. After the first month, we will adjust the schedule depending on your needs and preferences. Our principal dentist is also a clinical educator for Dentistry and BOH students at La Trobe University.

- Fully furnished and comfortable accommodation walking distance from the practice can be provided if needed, for the right applicant.
We welcome applications from new graduates, but experienced dentists with the right personality and work ethic can apply as well. You will be taking over existing patients as well as seeing the many new patients who attend our rapidly growing practice. Hours and days are negotiable, but you must be able to work Mondays, Tuesdays and one Saturday a month. Remuneration is negotiable. We are not looking for a locum, we are looking for the right person to join our growing family for the long term, and we hope it will be a mutually rewarding relationship. We would rather not hire than hire the wrong person. We have not hired through a job ad since early 2021.

- be a strong team player
- be able to work late. We are open until 7PM on some weekdays. You will be able to have some days off or early finishes if you would like
- possess excellent communication skills and have a strong sense of empathy
- have a strong commitment to continuous professional development, particularly in diagnosing and treatment planning well
- be open to feedback and be keen on self-improvement
