As the Senior Dentist, you’ll motivate and empower the team to deliver the highest level of care and service, with a compassionate nature that puts patients at ease. What you will bring:
- 5+ years of prior clinical experience
- Current AHPRA registration and working rights in Australia
- Passion and motivated about providing quality care
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently
Tasks and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Recommend appropriate staffing levels for departments and supervise clinical staff/dentists
- Identify and communicate clinic issues, such as unsafe clinical practices or unprofessional conduct within one's area of responsibility
- Assist in implementing, maintaining, and monitoring administrative policies, procedures, and instructions, providing advice on enhancements
- Facilitate team meetings and staff training activities, offering feedback on performance
- Diagnose and treat oral disorders and diseases
- Develop treatment plans and educate patients on proper dental care
- Develop patient care goals
