What you will bring:

• Prior clinical experience is essential 
• Current AHPRA registration and working rights in Australia
• Previous leadership and mentoring experience 
• Confidence with all aspects of general dentistry
• Passion and motivated about providing quality care
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently

Tasks and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Diagnose and treat oral disorders and diseases
• Develop treatment plans and educate patients on proper dental care 
• The ability to deliver exceptional service to every patient
• Develop patient care goals 
• Actively work within a harmonious team, encouraging inclusion of all team members and building a positive team culture
• Ability to assist with management of staff as needed
• Assist with marketing for the practice
