• Drive sales growth and consistently meet department targets.

About you:

• Proven experience in Large Format retail, demonstrating a deep understanding of the industry.
• Track record of success in high-volume retail sales and adeptness in stock management.
• Leadership experience, with a proven ability to lead and inspire teams of 10+.
• Resilience and ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional multitasking skills and effective time management abilities.
• First Aid certification preferred, or willingness to undergo training provided.
