 Join our team and be a part of a market-leading transportation firm at an exciting time of growth in the Sydney Metro Project. You’ll work alongside innovative and high performing teammates and add to the office administration of the train depot.  Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business in a multi-faceted role, developing customer reports, organising acess cards, managing the customer visitor Ipad and much more.

We’ll look to you for  Managing meeting rooms, lockers, printers as well as events, new starters (tracking recruitment, onboarding, etc.) and leavers Ordering and restocking office and kitchen supplies including coffee machine Engaging in desk allocation, signage and posters, IT hardware requests, installation and troubleshooting Mastering mass email communications, distribution lists and various requests such as cleaning contractor and building maintenance requests Taking care of staff registration, PPE governance and orderings for new starter, visitors  Mangement of pool vehicles with the national fleet manager, organising servicing, repairs, modifications, eTags, fuel cards, infringements etc. Engaging in physical tasks like installing hardware, moving things around, stocking
