We currently have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Depot Supervisor at our Millicent operation.
Reporting to the Area Manager, this role involves a hands-on approach with a variety in work tasks from administration, customer interaction / relationship building and managing the maintenance and associated compliance.
This is a great career role, with future opportunities to grow into Branch Management.

Role Scope
- Overseeing Depot Operations: Managing day to day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient running of all activates
- Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate records of fuel inventory levels, monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishment orders as needed per customer demand and scheduling oil, gas & fuel deliveries
- Safety & Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and policies to maintain a safe working environment
- Customer Service: Liaising with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Success Profile
- Strong safety focus with ability to adhere to Company policies
- Strong leadership experience, ability to lead from the front and be hands on
- Microsoft Office and Systems experience
- Stocktake experience preferred
- HR / DG / Forklift licenses preferred - training will be provided if required
- Knowledge of the local Southeast (SA) area
