Objectives of Position
- The administrator will work across sales and marketing and support the team with expense management and administration procedures (using internal system) for promotional sell-throughs, COP advertising, marketing expenses and personal expenses (where needed)
- The administrator will also support sales and marketing in general administration and communications
Operational Tasks
- System data entry for promotional see-through agreements
- System data entry for cooperative advertising agreements
- System data entry for marketing expenses
- Processing of all related invoices and ensuring proof of works
- Support sales desk with processing of sales orders and tracking outstanding order status
- Provide sales team and customers with stock availability reports
Competencies & Skills for Position
- Bachelor degree in management, business administration or business relevant
- 2+ years experiences in a similar administration role
- Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and concisely and to challenge internal stakeholders when issues arise
- Attention to detail: excellent attention to detail when managing sales and marketing financial processes and system inputs
- Teamwork: willingness to assist and support others as required
- Time management: accomplish objectives effectively within time frames
