The Role

Collaborate within a professional and dynamic environment alongside renowned cosmetic dentist, Dr. Dean Kim, as we embark on an exciting phase of expansion, dedicated to advancing skin treatments and cosmetic services.
In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our success, delivering an exciting range of cutting-edge treatments, including chemical peels, microneedling, Venus Versa Tribella, and IPL AC Dual acne treatment. Your infectious enthusiasm and persuasive skills will be instrumental in captivating and satisfying our discerning clientele. Your outgoing personality and confident ability will play a key role in attracting new clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

The duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- To uphold the vision of the business set by Dr. Dean Kim the CEO
- Work exclusively with our clients to help them through their aesthetic journey
- Take initiative in developing and updating treatment protocols in line with scientific evidence
- Perform Client Consultation, comprehensive skin analysis, develop and present comprehensive aesthetic treatment plan
- Perform non-surgical skin rejuvenation treatments that includes, but are not limited to: Facials, Chemical peels, Microneedling, RF (nanofractional & multipolar) IPL acne/photorejuvenation using Venus Versa, LED phototherapy
- Use your outgoing nature to build trust and rapport, ensuring clients feel supported throughout their journey with us.
- Be actively involved in continuing education and professional development

About you & Requirements:
- Enthusiastic, outgoing personality with a passion for skincare and aesthetics.
- Highly experience beauty therapist with Diploma of Beauty Therapy 5+ years in a clinical environment
- Advanced Diploma of dermal science or Bachelor of dermal science minum 2+ years in a clinical environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to lead a team
- Provide exceptional patient care and be results driven
- Proven experience in performing advanced skincare treatments.
- Must maintain a professional appearance
