Your new company
Aim to Enhance, an NDIS Service Provider, is committed to supporting self-managed or plan-managed NDIS participants. They are expanding their team to meet the growing demand for in-house Speech Pathology services. As an Occupational Therapist you’ll work closely with a range of clients, tailoring treatment plans to enhance their independence, well-being, and overall quality of life.
Your new role
As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll provide in house consultation to community members to empower them to carry out everyday tasks with confidence and independence, ultimately improving their health, quality of life, and well-being. Further, you’ll be tasked with:Assessment & Planning: Understand each client’s lifestyle and goals to create an individualised plan to enable independent living
Treatment Implementation & Evaluation: Implement support plans whilst periodically reviewing and evaluating client progress
Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and families
What you'll need to succeed
Possessing experience within occupational therapy, you will be a passionate individual with a willingness to learn working for an exciting and growing business. This will be supported by:Proficiency in assessing clients’ needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions
An ability to tailor interventions to individual goals and preferences
A Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field
