The role of HRIS Specialist/Lead, will be in a permanent full-time capacity. The position offers a hybrid work setting, providing flexibility while ensuring productivity and collaboration.
As a HRIS Specialist/Lead, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the human resources information systems (HRIS) to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance within their organization.
Key Responsibilities
- HRIS Management: Oversee the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the HRIS platform, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations
- Working with the business and AMS providers - working on the backlog and being a central point between user and provider (there are a team of BI developers and backend staff who can support)
- System Enhancement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify system enhancement opportunities, streamline processes, and implement solutions to meet evolving business needs.
- SuccessFactors and SAP Expertise: Utilize your extensive experience with SuccessFactors and SAP to effectively use these platforms for talent management, performance evaluation, payroll processing, and other HR functions.
- SAP SuccessFactors implementation
- Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionalities, troubleshooting issues, and implementing best practices.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports from HRIS data to support decision-making, track key metrics, and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
- Compliance and Security: Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to HRIS data management, ensuring compliance and implementing necessary security measures.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with HRIS vendors to resolve issues, implement updates, and optimize system performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HRIS administration and management.
- Proven expertise in SuccessFactors and SAP HRIS platforms.
- SAP SuccessFactors implementation
- Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., SuccessFactors certification) are preferred.
