The Role

Maternity Leave Cover (12 Months)

Part time role - 30 hours per week

This is ultimately a B2B sales position, as such you will be expected to contribute to the commercial success of the business. You will be responsible for prospecting, building rapport with customers, and proposing solutions based on the needs of your customers.

Duties and responsibilities (including but are not limited to):

  • Achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Performance productivity requirements (i.e. daily call and close rates)
  • Administration support to Sales Department
  • Performance against customer advocacy targets
  • Prospecting for new business and driving current business

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Confident in outbound phone sales with a great phone manner
  • Experience in B2B solution based sales
  • Business development skills with a track record of quota over achievement
  • Consultative selling skills
  • Team player and relationship builder
  • Flexibility and ability to thrive in a changing environment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven experience in a similar role
