This company manufactures conveyors and elevator solutions primarily for the food and packaging industry. Solely Australian-owned and based in the southeastern suburbs, they boast an enviable client base of multinational manufacturers.
Due to continued growth, we seek a skilled, experienced, full-time Design Drafting Engineer to join their friendly team. Reporting to the General Manager, the Drafting Engineer is primarily responsible for designing Food / Packaging conveyor Solutions and project management.
A strong background in Solidworks and Autocad 2D & 3D is ideal. Some site work may take place, and sometimes you may be hands-on assisting with some assembly. All staff in this business help each other to achieve a great product.
TO APPLY YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
- Trade or Engineering qualifications.
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
- Auto-Cad 2D/3D and Solidworks experience.
- Someone who can see the job from start to finish
