We structure our studio so that key senior members are across all projects, ensuring each project is prioritised company-wide, and our directors and key staff are integrally involved in all aspects of design and delivery.

The Role:

Finding people who are a good fit for our studio is important to us. As a Design Leader, you will be responsible for shaping and preserving the design vision from concept to construction, ensuring the integrity of the project's creative direction. Your key responsibilities include translating design briefs into master concepts, collaborating closely with FF&E designers, and guiding the development of spatial interior design. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you'll work closely with internal teams and clients to maintain project continuity and address design challenges. You will play a crucial role in managing project timelines, resources, and budgets, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and adaptability to changing project needs. As a mentor, you will nurture talent within the team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

To be successful in this role you have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (ie. Interior Design, Architecture, Interior Architecture etc)
• Proven experience in a Design Leadership role in large scale hospitality projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
