Job Description:Reporting directly to the Built Form Director, the role of the
Design Manager is to oversee and manage the engineering design of the proposed infrastructure facilities required for the successful delivery of the rollingstock assets. This is a critical role that requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, often managing several project deliverables simultaneously.This is a fulltime, permanent role, and can be based in Brisbane or Torbanlea, QLD. Some travel may be required as necessary
About You:- Relevant tertiary qualification - Project Management or Engineering desirable
- 8+ years of experience in a design management function
- Experience in infrastructure projects highly desirable
- Strong communication skills
- Strong stakeholder relations skills and experience
- Ability to think creatively and solve complex problems
- Desire to lead, develop and grow others around you
