Position Summary
In this role you will execute on all design aspects from concept to consumer, delivering against a robust GTM marketing calendar, connecting brand to all consumer touch points. Aligned to Burleigh Brewing’s brand guidelines this role allows ownership over photoshoot & Content briefs, managing the execution of the brief and delivering on the final brand asset. You’ll create high impact packages that can be optimised to service all channels, with a key focus on digital.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsibly for keeping brand direction on track, aligned to brand ID.
- Concepting, briefing and execution of content projects to deliver across all GTM channel needs
- Ability to capture and create content singlehandedly for higher speed and/or current, topical content
- Web, social and trade design for brand channels and digital packs to drive efficiency for external brand partners
- Own responsibility for running social media accounts.
- Strategise with Marketing Manager on best tools to drive ROI across all digital platforms
- Strong partnerships with external contractors / agencies

- Other tasks may be assigned from time to time which contribute to the overall success of the brand.

- Meeting weekly and quarterly deadlines
- Brand consistency across all channels aligned to Brand Guidelines.
- Accuracy of design to maximise efficiency and output.
- Displaying a positive ‘can do’ attitude that supports the entire team including external parties.
Who we are looking for?
- Graphic Design Diploma or above
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role. Ideally in the beer or lifestyle industry
- Advanced experience using Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator
- Experience in concepting & briefing content projects (extra bonus for photography and videography skills)
- Demonstrated experience in building trade & digital marketing assets, inclusive of designing all web assets, social media and trade
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills and ability to take direction
- Collaborative thinker with the ability to work understand all department needs.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and learn new skills quickly
- Brand advocate that has an interest in Burleigh Heads, beer and the lifestyle that surrounds it
