Traffic Management Designer (Tmd)

The Opportunity:

We're on the lookout for a talented TMD specialist to join our Salisbury depot team. In this role, you'll dive into the heart of Traffic Management, designing and modifying plans with precision and expertise. As part of our night shift, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of traffic during the twilight hours. But that's not all – with the opportunity for a hybrid role, you'll have the flexibility to shape your work-life balance like never before.

Responsibilities:

• Design and adapt Traffic Management plans to comply with regulations and standards
• Conduct thorough compliance audits
• Foster positive relationships with clients and planning authorities
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and management
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all documentation including TMPs, TGS and reviews 
• Be on call for night bookings and active shifts

Requirements:

Traffic Management Design TMR Licence (TMD)

Prior experience in Traffic Management as a TMD 

Proficiency with Rapid Plan and Nearmaps software

Valid WHS General Induction (White) card

Possession of Traffic Controller and Traffic Management Implementer Tickets

Reliable vehicle and driver's license

Strong attention to detail, time management, and adaptability

Excellent communication skills with a focus on safety

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
