Responsibilites:
- Take full responsibility for the architectural design of modular resort projects.
- Prepare comprehensive project proposals, outlining specific requirements for resort environments.
Key Requirements:
- Registered Architect 5+ years experience.
- Expertise in resort or hospitality architecture, with a strong portfolio in Modular Construction.
- Proficiency in Revit or Archicad.
- Leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Willing to lead a dynamic design studio.
