Scope of the role:
- Value Management
- Understanding and implementation of Building Codes, Standards & Compliance
- Building & Authority approvals
- Overseeing external consultants Design Documentation, Coordination with Architects and Consultants
- Responsible for consultant engagement, contractual and risk assessment and management
- Preparation and lodgment of DA's
- Design Risk & Opportunity Management
- Pre & Post Construction phase
- Delivery of projects
15 years post Graduation of Architecture/Construction/Engineering experience, across a range of medium to largescale Commercial, Residential, Hospitality projects ideal.
Driven by excellence, and an appreciation for innovation, a professional demeanor, clear communication skills and the ability to work to fast track project deadlines required.
