Design Studio Office Manager

We are a small dynamic team of architects, interior architects and designers dedicated to creating beautiful, individual and bespoke spaces that reflect our approach to creating sustainable, sophisticated homes and offices for our clients.
What is the role
The position is part time, 3-4 days per week with flexible hours and rates of pay negotiable depending on experience. The office hours are Tuesday to Friday, 9am to 4pm.
This position would be ideal for parents with school responsibilities.
What do I need to do?
The role is varied but includes
Office Operations
Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, presentations, and documents.
Reception first point of contact and customer service
Mail, filing and archiving of records.
Database management,
:Office communication
Office supplies ordering,
Manage bookings and calendars
Record keeping
Cleaning
Reconciliation, invoicing, budget planning, and working with Xero
Facilities management
OH&S
Office maintenance,
Optional but great to have...
Wordpress skills to maintain company website including adding and updating content.
Management of social media platforms and content, and other forms of marketing

• Self-starter and driven including ability to work independently
• Effective intrapersonal & communication skills
• Able to work on multiple projects
• Strong creative and visualisation skills
• Website maintenance and understanding of WordPress
• Highly skilled in the Microsoft suite
• Understanding of time tracking software
• Flexible and able to adapt quickly

Highly regarded but not required

• Experience working with architects
• Content creation in multiple formats
• Knowledge of marketing and social media trends
• Proficiency in the adobe suite
• Graphic design
• Understanding of WHS requirements
• First Aid
• Working With Children Check

Having qualifications qualification (such as degree or certificate in Media, Marketing, Administration, Business Studies, etc), and/or appropriate experience working in industry is highly regarded but not a requirement.
