This is an Australian division of a global company who are known for their strong employee focus and a Leader in their field.About the Role:This is an onsite role providing second-level end user IT support and problem resolution at our site in Wodonga for 3 days a week. You will occasionally need to provide remote support to other locations if each site's primary lead is on leave.Responsibilities:
- Desktop PC & Laptop Hardware installation, setup and configuration, problem diagnosis and resolution.
- Support of MS Teams meeting room equipment.
- Facilitating user training sessions.
- General IT troubleshooting and assistance as required on site.
- Assisting with project work.
- Occasional participation in afterhours / weekend support & deployment activities as required.
- 1 year experience working in an IT environments and roles.
- Ideally you will be qualified in an IT related discipline and have experience in supporting IT technologies including PC & Laptop Hardware support, Windows 10 operating systems, Outlook, MS Teams, MS Office and have a basic understanding of networking.
- Your attention to detail, natural curiosity, ability in problem solving, planning and priority setting coupled with a strong focus on customer service will put you in good stead for this role.
- A driver's license is a must for this position, as you will be providing support to few sites.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to commit to regular and punctual attendance are critical.
