Despatch Manager required in Clayton, VICPermanent roleWe have partnered with an established wholesale company servicing Australian businesses.This role is based in Clayton and is primarily focused on:
- Coordinating and organising daily dispatch activities, including assigning tasks to team members and ensuring work is completed on time and efficiently;
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve productivity and job satisfaction
- Maintain open communication with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to effectively manage dispatch operations
- Strong sense of WH&S in a warehousing environment
- Minimum 2 years' experience in warehousing
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Excellent management and organisational skills
