About You
You must have a passion for people which is demonstrated by your approachable nature, strong listening skills and ability to empathise. You will deliver great experiences to our customers by being able to effectively communicate with people of all levels and having a friendly attitude.
You can deliver great experiences to our customers by taking pride in detailing vehicles to a high professional standard!
About the Role
You will be the face at Hertz Rentals Mandurah, whether it be detailing the vehicle, greeting the customer or showing the customer the features of the great vehicle, they are renting.
With your experience, you will be able to engage with prospective customers in a positive manner, providing exceptional Customer Service. You will build rapport with customers, helping identify their needs and providing great solutions to enhance their experience throughout every stage of their rental journey.
You will have an opportunity to be trained as Customer Service Representative to assist the Location Manager.
Hours of Work
Full time 38 hours per week Monday to Friday.
Licences
Must have automatic and/or manual driver’s licence. A truck licence is advantageous.
Residence Status
Must be resident or have valid visa for working rights to work in Australia. A VEVO check will be conducted to ensure compliance.
To Be Successful You Will Have:
- An eye for detail.
- Previous vehicle detailing experience be preferred but not essential.
- Be a fantastic communicator.
- Have previous computer experience.
- Friendly attitude and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Be physically fit.
- Be a team player.
- Have a National Police Check.
