Position Overview:
As a Business Development Manager focused on Low Voltage switchboard manufacturing customers, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and developing strategic initiatives to drive sales growth. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prioritize potential clients and markets for Low Voltage switchboard solutions.
Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with switchboard manufactures.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.
Negotiate agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
Track and report on sales performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
Electrical trade certification or Electrical engineering degree.
Proven track record of success in Business Development, within the electrical industry or related field.
Strong understanding of Low Voltage switchboard products and applications.
Strong understanding of switchboard manufacturing industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
